Hi there! I'm Monica, Accredited Practcting Dietitian, Nutritionist, food enthusiast, and most importantly, a proud mum to my little boy Oli! 


A decade ago, I made the switch to a vegan diet, and ever since then, I've been on a journey, exploring the promising research and developing plant-based recipes that are both delicious and easy to prepare.


In recent years, I’ve been putting knowledge into practice by helping patients to incorporate more plant foods into their diets.


Working as a vegan dietitian is incredibly fulfilling, especially when I get to support parents in providing their families with well-planned, plant-based meals and snacks.
